Woodmere Advisory Group is a national services company specializing in commercial loan workouts, real estate advisory services and referrals for distressed borrowers and lenders to potential capital funding sources.  For loan resolutions, we are ultimately tasked with assisting borrowers and lenders in right-sizing their balance sheets or portfolios to begin the process of financial recovery.  In adversarial environments, we provide a neutral voice to stabilize the relationship between borrower and lender in order to advance the goals of resolution, when possible.  Woodmere Advisory Group is dedicated to providing a values-based professional experience based on transparency, honesty, commitment and integrity.  These values drive our professional conduct, beginning with our corporate culture and extending to our interaction and communications with borrowers, financial institutions, and professional advisors.

Our role in all transactions is that of a third party intermediary and provider of analytic documentation based on collected information to ensure that lenders and borrowers achieve mutually agreeable resolutions.  Our initial task is to simply understand the goals for resolution.  Once we establish those objectives, we then must understand the financial picture of the asset through market analysis, net present value modeling, and balance sheet analysis with a detailed assessment of available cash flows to determine optimal strategies and a clear path to resolution, whether for a single note or a portfolio of loans.  

Once we have collected this critical data and completed our analysis, we engage the borrower and lender as an intermediary to create an environment of openness that, when possible, will advance the mutual goals of the borrower and lender toward an acceptable resolution.

While lenders appreciate our institutional experience to resolve complex issues in a transparent environment, borrowers rely on our connections with financial institutions and our creative mindset for loan restructuring and resolution.
